Shipping
We will send the item as soon as we have cleared payment from you.
Our regular choice of shipping small items is Royal Mail.
For the UK this would be by registered, insured post.
For most international destinations we use Airsure.
This service does not include Canada and Japan, for which we use International Signed for.
We always ship with a method of tracking and insuring mail.
For larger or valuable items we have alternative shippers.
We will happily discuss this with you before purchase.Please note we have no retail premises and we do not allow pickups.

Trade buyers- If you have a shipper in the UK and would like items sent to their address, please contact us before purchase to arrange this.

Payment Methods
 
Paypal is our preferred means of Payment but payment can be made by a cheque drawn on a UK bank by a resident of the UK, by creditcard or Maestro via the telephone.
All International payments must be made via Paypal.
All payments must be paid in UK pounds sterling.
We do not accept cash payments for items bought via this website.We ship only to the registered address for Paypal payments as per their terms of service.
We will not accept part payment, overpayment or sale or return.
In the event we have held an item awaiting payment from you and we feel that we have not heard from you nor received payment in reasonable time (48 hours via Paypal, 7 days via cheque) we reserve the right to advertise the object/s for sale again.

Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.  
Returns.
Obviously we hope that you will be entirely satisfied with your purchase, but in the event the item is not as you expected in some way, please notify us within 24 hours of its arrival with you. Returns after this period will not be allowed. We expect that the item is returned to us in the condition it left us and that you fully insure and pack it to allow its safe arrival. On its return to us we will issue a refund by the method you paid us for the whole amount of the objects cost. We do not refund postage or shipping or insurance.
Damage in transit.
We pack extra well in tissue, bubble and new postal boxes, but in the unlikely event an item is damaged in transit or is lost in transit we will process a claim through the shipping company on your behalf. We will require photographs of the damaged article and the packing in order to process a claim.We suggest that you hold onto all pieces and packing until the claim has been paid out.We cannot be held responsible for a refund until the insurance is processed. We will then send you the refund in the way you first paid us.
General.
We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded, by reason of acts of God, War or other hostilities civil commotion, accident, strikes, or restraints of Government.
