Gauldie started selling Scottish Antiques way back in 1995. Since then we have become specialists in Scottish Antiques
with a country twist. The sort of furnishings which could well have been found in a relatively prosperous, third generation,
Scottish Lowland farmhouse circa 1880, both what they might have inherited and the few things they might have bought new.
We specialise in Scottish Antique Spongeware Pottery, snuff and sewing requisites and probably hold the largest selection
of Mauchline ware in Scotland. We tend to buy things we like ourselves, so you will find quite a mixture of affordable, yet
interesting Scottish Antiques and items with a Scottish provenance.
You will find that some kinds of items appear
on more than one page. Quaichs, for instance, appear on the pages for Mauchlineware, horn and treen.
Because on
a website we cannot wrap your purchase and put it in a pretty bag, every item sold is gift wrapped, so if you would like purchase
something to be sent as a present, we are happy to include a message.
